Manual 01: Getting Started

What This Guide Is For

Use this guide when someone opens the platform for the first time and needs to understand the basic product areas.

Main Concepts

  • Workspace: the organization or team area where work lives.
  • App or Companion: a published interactive experience for users.
  • Board: a creator workspace for arranging steps, content, forms, and logic.
  • Agent: an AI worker with instructions, tools, and knowledge access.
  • Space: a knowledge area with files, websites, and sources.
  • Tool: a capability an Agent can use, such as search, OCR, file reading, or sending a webhook.
  • Integration: a connection to another product or API.

First Login

  1. Open the platform URL.
  2. Select Log in.
  3. Complete the login provider flow.
  4. Choose the workspace you want to enter.
  5. Confirm that the workspace name is visible in the navigation.

Expected result: you land on the home dashboard for the selected workspace.

Home Dashboard

The home dashboard should help you continue work quickly.

You should see areas like:

  • recent Apps or Companions;
  • Boards;
  • Agents;
  • Spaces;
  • Conversations;
  • Controls or Widgets;
  • Insights;
  • Billing or usage warnings if you are an owner/admin.

Basic Navigation

Use the main navigation to move between:

  • Apps or Companions: published user experiences.
  • Boards: creator/editor surfaces.
  • Agents: AI workers.
  • Spaces: knowledge and files.
  • Conversations: chat history.
  • Integrations: connected services.
  • Insights: analytics and usage.
  • Settings: team, profile, billing, and access.

Create Your First Item

If you are new, start with one of these:

  • Create an Agent if you want AI help for a repeatable task.
  • Create an App or Companion if you want to publish an interactive workflow.
  • Create a Space if you want to add documents or websites for Agents to use.

Common Beginner Checks

  • If you cannot see billing, user management, or integrations, you may not have admin rights.
  • If an Agent cannot use a Tool, the Tool may not be enabled for that Agent or workspace.
  • If an App cannot be published, check required fields, forms, share settings, and quota limits.

Product Decisions Needed

  • Final names for App, Companion, and Board.
  • Exact first-run onboarding flow.
  • Whether the home dashboard should default to Apps, Agents, or recent work.
