Purpose

This folder turns the old Blinkin platform into detailed product requirements for a new Hetzner-ready project.

The goal is preservation first: keep basically every old platform capability, but specify it in a cleaner, safer, deployable product shape.

1. 00-master-platform-prd.md defines the full product and migration goal.

Evidence Labels

• legacy-confirmed: seen in the old repos or legacy review packet.
• legacy-risk: exists but needs security, reliability, or architecture hardening.
• new-platform-required: required because Hetzner deployment or full preservation needs it.
• future-confirmation: likely present but needs a deeper per-feature source pass.
